Shipping, returns & contact

Everything you need to know about receiving your order, sending something back, and getting in touch.

Shipping

We deliver across Cyprus with ACS Courier at a flat rate of €4.50 per order.

Orders are prepared within 1–2 working days. ACS Courier then delivers to your address, usually within 1–3 working days.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is on its way.

Delivery is available to addresses served by ACS Courier in Cyprus. We do not currently ship outside Cyprus.

Changed your mind? You can return unworn, unwashed items with their tags attached within 14 days of delivery.

Email us at hello@rodaki.cy with your order number and the items you would like to return, and we will guide you through the next steps.

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return. Exchanges for a different size are subject to availability.
